Return Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original resalable condition, including the original packaging and all included accessories.

For hygiene reasons, earrings showing any signs of wear cannot be returned. This restriction does not apply to defective or incorrect items. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.
