Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love your Siete Wonder purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Email sietenicethings@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn or tried on cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized, custom-made, final sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable. These exclusions do not apply to damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and issue a refund for eligible returned items to your original payment method within 2 days of receiving the return. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
